This is an outstanding example of the very scarce U. S. issue Kerr Standard Extension gun sling issued for the 1903 Springfield rifle. When properly attached, the sling has multiple length configurations, and is fully adjustable depending on how the Rifle was being held. This example is constructed of tan colored webbing with the standard brass clip mountings. These are all marked with the NOBUCKL logo, along with PAT'D 7 21
