Constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon with horizontal pinback, consisting of a Cross Patte with crossed swords piercing the centrepiece, the obverse bearing a central wreathed monogram of King Wilhelm II, the six oclock arm bearing an institution date of 1915, the twelve oclock arm bearing a royal crown, the
